Belarusian dictator Alexander Lukashenko scolded Sports Minister Sergei Kovalchuk in front of the camera, claiming that the football team cannot participate in the World Cup, which is currently held in Qatar.

Note that the Belarus national team failed to qualify for the 2022 World Cup and finished the qualifying group last after the national teams of Belgium, Wales, Czech Republic and Estonia.
