World Cup 2022, Argentina: Fiesta in the open coach in Lusail
Argentina won the 2022 World Cup and, as usual, celebrated in an open-top bus on the street. With the difference that the fiesta started in Qatar!
Argentina celebrated winning the 2022 World Cup in an open-top coach, but not in Buenos Aires. The fiesta started in Qatar and the city of the finale, Lusail.
After what happened on the pitch, the Argentinian players boarded an open-topped, blue-clad bus labeled “Champions” and filled with the country’s flags and headed out onto the streets of Lusail.
Fans flooded the sidewalks capturing the moments on their phones, as did the Albiceleste players.
Of course, this is the first round of celebrations, with the authentic open bus parade scheduled after returning home to Argentina.
