OFFICIALLY. Moroccan World Cup star to continue his career at club with Malinovsky
french football club “Marseille” Officially announced the transfer of the Moroccan midfielder. Azedina Unai.
Unai moved from Angers to Marseille. The amount of the transfer is 10 million euros, including bonuses. The deal runs until 2027. Unai will play under number 8.
Azzedine Unai became famous after the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, where she reached the semi-finals with the Moroccan team. Literally immediately after the end of the World Cup, the British media wrote that Leicester, West Ham and Wolverhampton were ready to sign the Moroccan midfielder in January.
Azzedine has made 15 appearances in Ligue 1 this season but failed to score. Azzedine will play with Ukrainian Ruslan Malinovsky in Marseille.
