Cameroon eliminated Algeria in 120+4′, qualifying for Morocco, Tunisia
Algeria scored in the 118th minute and thought they had qualified for the World Cup, but Cameroon scored the qualifying goal in the 124th minute of extra time through Carl Toko Ekambi. Finally Morocco and Tunisia.
The thriller in Blinda had an incredible development, with Algeria to celebrate from 118 ‘to 124’, but the Cameroon to qualify for extra time with a win 2-1!
The Algerians scored with a header from Ahmed Touba and thought they had qualified for the 2022 World Cup.
The “indomitable lions” had won 1-0 in the 90th minute through a goal by Eric Maxim Chupo Motting and thus equalized the score of the first leg. In extra time, the “Foxes” were better, they first sent the ball into the net with Slimani, but the goal was annulled because of a hand and finally the solution seemed to come from a substitute defender.
Also making a change was Pierre Counte of Olympiacos in 87′ (OFI Davis Epassi and Asteras’ Kenny Sonny stayed on the bench), who was one of the players to celebrate at the end while the Algerians lay on the ground with tears in their eyes , eyes, including their coach Jalmel Belmadi.
the Morocco grabbed it by the throat Congo and with victory 4-1 wiped out the 1-1 draw in the first leg. Azinin Unahi with two goals and Tariq Tisudali with one in the first half leveled the qualifying mat before ending an hour of play. The guests waited for the miracle and the Moroccans with Ashraf Hakimi completed the triumph (despite Ben Malango’s goal at the end) and reached the closing stages for the sixth time.
THE Tunisia had done more than half the job in the first game thanks to the 1-0 win mali and 0-0 of the second game ended qualification for the second consecutive tournament and sixth place overall. The visitors did everything they could to find a goal, although they always had the ball at their feet, they didn’t create many really good moments and this is how the Tunisians managed to stay ahead of the standings and qualify.

INFANTINO: “If there was no FIFA, there would be no football in 150 countries of the world”
FIFA President Gianni Infantino He commented on World Cup ticket prices, saying they reflected “absolutely insane” demand for next summer’s tournament:
“We have six to seven million tickets and in 15 days we received 150 million ticket requests. So every day we have 10 million requests. This shows how strong the World Cup is.”
FIFA has sold just 44 million tickets in almost 100 years of the World Cup. So we were able to sell tickets for the 300th anniversary of the World Cup in two weeks. Just imagine. “This is absolutely crazy.”
Infantino also noted that funds from ticket sales would be reinvested into world football, but did not specify a specific amount:
“The important thing is that the revenue from this goes back into football around the world. If it weren’t for FIFA, there would be no football in 150 countries of the world. Football exists thanks to the revenues we get from the World Cup, and we reinvest that into football around the world.”
Previously, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer called on FIFA to further reduce 2026 World Cup ticket prices.

Secrets of the Real Madrid dressing room: Kroos told how he got along with Vinicius
Former Real Madrid midfielder Toni Kroos He talked about his interaction with Brazilian striker Vinicius Junior and other representatives of Brazil within the scope of the “royal club”.
“The Brazilians aroused my sympathy even as a child. While playing for Real Madrid, I developed excellent relationships with Vinicius, Casemiro and Militao.
It is very easy to find a common language with these guys: they know how to enjoy life, and their mentality is significantly different from that of the Germans.
Casemiro and Vinicius and I understood each other perfectly on the field and developed a unique football bond with Vini.
We communicated warmly in daily life. I believe that if there is no contact between players off the field, it is extremely difficult to achieve harmony in the game.
I used Vini’s high-speed bursts effectively and he masterfully directed my passes,” AS Kroos reports.
Let’s remember that Kroos defended the jersey of Real Madrid from 2014 to 2024. During this decade the German midfielder won the Champions League five times.
