The Argentina national team announced its bid for the 2026 World Cup qualifying matches against Uruguay on November 17 and Brazil on November 22.
The leaders of the South American selection are three teams. Argentina is the leader with 12 points, while Uruguay and Brazil are in the top 3 with 7 points.
Goalkeepers: Martinez (Aston Villa), Armani (River Plate), Husso (Atalanta), Benitez (PSV).
Defenders: Montiel (Nottingham Forest), Maffeo (Mallorca), Molina (Atlético), Pessella (Betis), Romero (Tottenham), Quarta (Fiorentina), Otamendi (Benfica), Acuña (Sevilla), Ortega (Olympiacos).
Midfielders: Perades (Roma), Rodríguez (Betis), Fernandez (Chelsea), De Paul (Atlético), Palacios (Leverkusen), Lo Celso (Tottenham), McAllister (Liverpool), Di Maria (Benfica), Gonzalez (Fiorentina), Ocampos ( Seville).
