Subtraction, return and penalty shootouts. The winner of the 2023 U-17 World Cup has been announced
On December 2, the final match of the 2023 FIFA U-17 World Cup was played in Surakarta, Indonesia.
The German team won the World Cup title by beating France. The main minute of the match ended with the score 2:2, but until the 85th minute the Germans prevailed 2:1.
From the 69th minute onwards, Germany fell short as Winners Osawe received a second yellow card.
It turned out that the German team was stronger in the post-match penalty shootout. While the team’s goalkeeper Konstantin Heide saved two shots of the French, Noah Sanguy also missed the goal. Result – 4:3.
