Maradona’s record stands. Six Messi 2022 World Cup jerseys sold for $7.8 million

A portion of the proceeds from the auction will be donated to children fighting rare diseases in Barcelona.
The sales price record for football equipment worn during the match was broken by the T-shirt in which Diego Maradona scored the famous “Hand of God” goal. It sold for $8.66 million in 2022.
