Monzul is not going to the 2022 World Cup. Six women to officiate matches in Qatar
FIFA has announced the list of 36 referees and 69 assistant referees who will manage the World Cup matches to be played in Qatar.
Three women and three assistant referees who will be the main referees for the first time in the history of the world championships are on the list.
Unfortunately, the well-known Ukrainian judge Ekaterina Monzul will not be able to make it to the 2022 World Cup.
At the 2022 World Cup, Stephanie Frappart, who managed the Champions League and European qualifiers, and Salima Mukansanga (worked in the African Cup) and Yoshimi Yamashita (Asian Champions League) will serve as the chief referees.
The assistant referees will be Neusa Beck (Brazil), Catherine Nesbitt (USA) and Karen Medina (Mexico).
Obviously, the European quota Monzul could pass was given to Frappart.
