Alexander KARAVAEV: “We do not pay attention to the difficult calendar”
Dynamo football player and Ukraine national team Oleksandr Karavaev talked about how the day was spent in the Ukrainian national team during the war, whether they could adapt or not, and their gratitude to the soldiers who defended Ukraine.
“I feel very good physically, we had a fight, I played the last game for 90 minutes. I can’t say I haven’t practiced in six months and it was very difficult.
In any case, this match was not official, it cannot be compared to the matches you play regularly every Saturday or Sunday, this is a completely different game rhythm but we all understand the current situation and do not pay attention to it. O. We have all our views on the official match to be played on June 1st.
We understand that we have all the conditions to prepare well, we must take the maximum. And in the game, we will put all our strength, even more than 100%, to get the result,” said Karavaev.
The World Cup playoff match between Scotland and Ukraine will be played on 1 June in Glasgow.
