football king pele He openly urged Putin to end his vicious and unjust war in Ukraine. During the World Cup qualifiers (1:3) between Scotland and Ukraine, the former Brazilian football player wrote on Instagram:
“I want to use today’s game as an opportunity to make a request: stop this invasion. There are no arguments that can justify violence. This conflict is bad, unjust, and brings nothing but pain, fear, horror and torment.”
