Sergey PRITULA: “The army is now protecting us from the crowd from the land of vodka and shit”
Well-known volunteer Serhiy Prytula was one of the commentators for the 2022 World Cup qualifiers Scotland – Ukraine.
The purpose of Prytula’s participation as a commentator was to raise money to help the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Besides his impressions of the match, Sergey also talked about the war against Russia.
“I am happy that everything (experience of commenting) has the right outcome. Everyone should understand that at least now they have the opportunity to do something, because in the east and south boys and girls stand like a wall and protect us from the crowds of the land of vodka and shit.
“We must help them in any way we can. Thanks to the army, we survive as a state and as a nation. And I really liked football. We saw a team we wanted to see. Confident, fighting,” said Prytula.
Sergei added that with the proceeds it will be possible to buy about 1,400 tablets for our artillery.
