Qatar designs 1,000 desert scenes for fans
Qatar is expected to welcome around 1.2 million visitors for the 2022 World Cup and plans to set up 1,000 tents in the desert to avoid housing problems, according to Reuters.
Conversely, football fans are now expecting it to start Top football event.
THE its premiere World Championship Qatar takes place on Monday 21st November at 12:00 at Al Bayt Stadium and the Middle East country is expected to accommodate around 1.2 million visitors.
The organizers already know they will turn themselves in major housing problem and are therefore already thinking about solutions.
One of these is the tents, which Reuters says Qataris plan to set up 1,000 in the desert to house several of the fans.
These are Bedouin tents made of thick fabric, which are easy to set up and take down and can accommodate dozens of people.
Qatar has fewer than 30,000 hotel rooms, 80% of which are reserved for World Cup guests, according to Qatar Tourism.

Goalkeeper of the Ukrainian national team Anatoly Trubin I remembered the match against France (0:4) when Sergei Rebrov released the semi-reserve squad.
“It was the coach’s choice. It is always the coach who decides whether the match will be sacrificed or not. If we talk about the challenge itself, we all understand the strength of France. I understood that there could be a lot of shots, there could be a lot of chances, and I was ready for it. When the opponent is always with the ball, constantly attacking, you are always in the game: you play in sections, you react, you constantly feel the rhythm.
For me personally, it’s even easier than when your team is attacking most of the time and you’re standing idle and suddenly there’s a moment where you have to be ready,” Trubin said.
