Tsvetkov won the mass start at the Commonwealth Cup in Belarus, Alimbekova was the best in women

Russian biathlete Maxim Tsvetkov took first place in the mass start at the second stage of the Pari Commonwealth Cup in Raubichi (Belarus).
Tsvetkov overcame 12.5 kilometers without a miss on the firing lines. Belarusian Anton Smolsky took second place (1 miss), another Russian Roman Eremin (1) became third.
Earlier Sunday, the women’s mass start took place. Belarusian Dinara Alimbekova won with one miss. Second place went to Russian Natalya Gerbulova (2), Elizaveta Kaplina (2) was third.
These are the last races in the second round of the Commonwealth Cup. The third stage will take Ryazan on December 23-24.
