Follow the Olympic Games on RDS and Sportish
Eliot Grondin and his teammate Meryeta O’Dine will try to secure another Olympic medal for the Canadian delegation on Saturday in Beijing.
Both medalists in the individual event (silver and bronze), Grondin and O’Dine will join forces in the mixed team event, starting at 9 p.m. (Quebec time).
The quarter-final of the Canadian duo will be presented at 9:15 p.m., and in the event of a qualification, we will see them again 15 minutes later in the semi-final.
In the quarterfinals, the Canadians will face the French, the Americans and the athletes of the Russian Olympic Committee. The final is scheduled for 9:50 p.m.
So far since the beginning of these Olympic Games, the harvest of Canadian medals amounts to twelve (one gold, four silver and seven bronze). It’s good for 4th overall.
