With more than 20 years in the NFL, it seems like every time Tom Brady takes to the field reaches a new milestone.
On Sunday against the LA Rams, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback won a unique feat in League history with a 16-13 win.
Brady became the first player to throw for 100,000 yards in a regular season and playoff game.

He entered the game against Los Angeles needing just 164 yards to get the mark. He had 43 games in a row recording that number, so it was almost certain, barring an injury.
And the fourth period was when Tom had his date with history. He connected with Leonard Fournette for a 15-yard run.

“It was wonderful, from mother…” Brady exclaimed after the game in reference to his accomplishment.

Brady already has 100,116 total passing yards. In the regular season he has 87,067 and 13,049 in the Playoffs.
“I think for me, it’s a credit to all the guys that I’ve played with that have blocked me, caught passes.” Brady said pregame. “I think all of these things are a great celebration for all of these kids. I think about the fact that I can’t do anything in this league without the guys doing the amazing things they do. I’m very lucky to play with great players, people who catch the ball, great coaches and being here has been an incredible experience for me. I play with Mike Evans and Chris Godwin and that’s why I came here, for those guys.”
“I played with Rob Gronkowski all these years. Obviously I could list all the players I’ve played with and how important they are in my life and what they’ve brought to the table in terms of the memories I have in this sport. So I feel like all of these are… They’re great accomplishments, but as much as people want to say, “Oh, that’s what Tom Brady did,” in my mind that’s what I and all these people who have contributed to my life have done”.
Against the Rams, Brady also engineered the game-winning drive. He passed Peyton Manning with 55 since joining the NFL in 1970.
