Fantasy NFL RB Rankings Week 10: Who to bench and who to sit?

As the NFL season heads into Week 10, wins at Fantasy NFL are becoming more important and finding consistent starting quarterbacks is becoming more and more difficult. Among the four teams on byes (Patriots, Bengals, Ravens, Jets) and a handful of key injuries, including Aaron Jonesour ranking is thinner than usual.

Of course, the upper level remains undisputed. Saquon Barkley (vs. Texans in Week 10), Christian McCaffrey (vs. Chargers), Nick Chubb (vs. Dolphins), Derrick Henry (vs. Broncos) and Austin Ekeler (vs. 49ers) will always be players in composition, regardless of mapping or format. If you return from your ankle injury, Jonathan Taylor (@Raiders) has a big matchup with a Las Vegas team that entered Week 9 allowing the ninth-most points per game (FPPG) to RBs in the Fantasy NFL. Leonard Fournette (against the Seahawks) will also have to bounce back with some big plays against a Seattle D that has allowed five running backs to reach at least 143 rushing yards.

David Montgomery (vs. Lions) remains in the top 15 because his coaching staff stubbornly believes in him and Detroit tends to pull defensively (23.8 FPPG allowed to a RB, third-highest), but Khalil Herbert should have plenty races to pay at least as much as cable. In the same way, Jamaal Williams and D’Andre Swift (@Bears) and Tony Pollard and Ezekiel Elliott (@Packers) are candidatesassuming that zeke He is back from his knee injury. Swift has few opportunities, but is explosive enough to deliver in this favorable matchup. Williams, like Elliott, is always a short-contact threat.

D’Onta Foreman (vs. Falcons), who had just 21 total yards on nine carries last week, could see a game role for Chuba Hubbard (ankle) if he returns. We still like Foreman, but he could be more versatile this week. The same goes for Raheem Mostert and Jeff Wilson Jr. (against the Browns), who have a fantastic matchup, but could share the burden equally. Antonio Gibson and Brian Robinson Jr. ( @Eagles ) are in a similar situation, but they’re in a much tougher spot this week against Philadelphia, making both lowlights.

Denver’s trio of Melvin Gordon, Latavius Murray and Chase Edmonds (@Titans) is an absolute mess in a bad matchup. The same goes for Cam Akers, Darrell Henderson Jr. and, if healthy, Kyren Williams of the Rams (vs. Cardinals). We have some faith in Gordon, but both situations are likely to stay in shallow leagues. The same goes for Isiah Pacheco, Clyde Edwards-Helaire and Jerrick McKinnon (against the Jaguars), though they have a decent matchup.

It will also be a little hard to trust Devin Singletary (vs. Vikings) given that Minnesota entered Week 9 allowing just 15.9 FPPG to RBs and Buffalo is struggling right now. James Conner (@Rams) looks to be recovering from a three-week injury layoff and has a tough matchup as well. And it’s always hard to trust Najee Harris (vs. Saints), especially against New Orleans’ stout defense. The bulk alone makes these guys potential push-ups, but their ceilings aren’t particularly high.

Jaylen Warren (vs. Saints) becomes a winner if he actually gets more opportunities as stated, and Elijah Mitchell (vs. Chargers) should return to a complementary role in a very favorable matchup. Guys like Rachaad White (vs. Seahawks), James Cook (vs. Vikings) and Isaiah Spiller (@49ers) are also one injury away from being major players. Don’t Sleep: It’s those who stay in their heads and aim steadily for value that ultimately succeed in Fantasy NFL.

The Russian Biathlon Union filed a lawsuit with CAS regarding the non-admission of Russian athletes to competitions under the auspices of the IBU

The Russian Biathlon Union (SBR) filed a lawsuit with the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) regarding the inadmissibility of Russian athletes to competitions under the auspices of the International Biathlon Union (IBU), Sergei Averyanov, head of the SBR press service, told Match TV.

On Wednesday, the Russian Minister of Sports and Chairman of the Russian Olympic Committee, Mikhail Degtyarev, said that the Russian side would appeal to CAS on December 10 due to the removal of biathletes from international competitions. RBU President Viktor Maigurov said that the organization will ask CAS to consider the issue under an accelerated procedure.

— The lawsuit was filed today. A Swiss law firm is looking into this issue,” Averyanov told Match TV.

Russian biathletes have been suspended from international competitions since 2022.
