The coach of the Russian biathlon team Artyom Istomin told how he interacts with his athletes.
According to him, sometimes he uses “strong expressions.”
– I have no differences that I should be softer with girls, stricter with guys. I will say this: to those athletes who are less demanding of themselves, I have to be more demanding. But some athletes demand too much from themselves, and with them you behave differently. Strong words sometimes still slip through, but very, very rarely, – quotes the words of Istomin “Championship”.
