Nepryaeva and Maltsev won the “cutting” at the stage of the Russian Cup in Kirovo-Chepetsk
Olympic champion Natalya Nepryaeva won the individual freestyle race at the fourth stage of the Russian Cup in Kirovo-Chepetsk.
Nepryaeva covered the distance of 15 km in 41 minutes 28.8 seconds. Silver was won by Anastasia Prokofieva, bronze by Maria Istomina.
In the men’s 30 km race, Artem Maltsev won with a result of 1 hour 13 minutes 7 seconds. Second place was taken by Olympic champion Alexei Chervotkin. Three-time winner of the 2022 Games Alexander Bolshunov is in third place.
The next stage of the Russian Cup will be held in Krasnogorsk from 25 to 28 December.
