Zhukov named Bolshunov and Shcherbakova the best Russian athletes in 2022

First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, former President of the Russian Olympic Committee (ROC) Alexander Zhukov considers skier Alexander Bolshunov and figure skater Anna Shcherbakova to be the best Russian athletes in 2022.
– Bolshunov and Shcherbakova are the best athletes of the year in Russia. They did well in the Olympics. Other skaters and skiers also showed great performance, Zhukov told Metaratings.ru.
At the 2022 Olympics, skier Alexander Bolshunov won three gold, one silver and one bronze medals.
Anna Shcherbakova won the individual figure skater tournament at the 2022 Olympic Games.
