Klebo cannot agree on a new contract with the Norwegian Ski Association

Five-time Olympic champion Johannes Klebo has not yet signed an agreement with the Norwegian Ski Association before the start of the new season, said the athlete’s father and manager Haakon Klebo.

— I can confirm that the Norwegian Ski Association and Johannes are in dialogue, the purpose of which is to find a solution. But we’re not done yet. We use all methods to find a solution and strive to reach an agreement. Then we’ll see what happens, – quotes the words of Haakon Klebo VG.

Athletes who refuse a contract with the national team without special circumstances are not eligible to participate in competitions.

At the end of the last season, Klebo became the owner of a large Crystal Globe. At the 2022 Olympics in Beijing, the Norwegian won two gold, one silver and one bronze medals.
