Olympic champion and three-time world champion in alpine skiing, Swiss Marco Odermatt, said that he was sexually harassed by a fan in an American bar.
The incident occurred in Sun Valley (Idaho).
— The woman slapped me on the ass. She thought it was funny, I didn’t. This is completely unacceptable in this day and age. Imagine what a scandal would have erupted if everything had been the other way around. Today people know so much about us that they think we are their friends. We ourselves are partly to blame for this: we show our personal lives, we share a lot on social networks,” Odermatt told the official magazine of the Swiss Ski Federation.
The 28-year-old athlete added that the girl justified the action with a dispute of five thousand dollars.
