Ardashev won the classic time trial at the Russian Cup in cross-country skiing
Sergey Ardashev took first place in the 20 km classic time trial at the fourth stage of the PhosAgro Russian Cup in Izhevsk.
Ardashev covered the distance in 50 minutes 41.9 seconds.
Second place went to Ilya Semikov (+17.2). Alexey Chervotkin (+34.3) took third place. Alexander Bolshunov finished fifth (+39.8).
The next stage of the Russian Cup will take place from December 26 to 28 in Kirovo-Chepetsk.
