– Stretching after training should be done by every athlete! So that there is no pain in the morning, so that you don’t get injured, so that you develop flexibility and win in the “runaway” at the finish line.

This is the most important part of the training process, its correct completion, believe me, not yet an old, but already quite experienced mare. Just 30 minutes a day of quality stretching is enough for me. And when I was a “foal”, I spent this time wasting time on social networks.

The understanding of the importance of daily stretching came to me not as an insight, but at a specific moment in time, after losing in the running for silver at the Top of Thea competition a couple of years ago.
