His position general of the Cleveland Browns has turned into a revolving door the last months, as rarely seen in the NFL. All are triggered by inexplicable bet on a Deshaun Watson in serious legal trouble and that he is likely to be suspended from the league soon.
On March 21 of this year, the Browns added Watson from HoustonTransportation. And knowing that sooner or later they would have to give way Baker Mayfieldfour days later signed by Jacoby Brissettinitially with the idea that it is the exTexans relay in place.
Nonetheless, Cleveland underestimated the seriousness of the Watson matter and it quickly became clear that Deshaun would not be available to open the season, at least. Keep Mayfield? No, the relationship had already broken up and although the exchange took longer than expected, they ended up moving it to Carolina.
The problem is that without Watson and me Brissett now as a possible starter, it was left to add a new quarterback, reminding that they also have Joshua Dobbs on the roster. In the first place speculated with the arrival of Jimmy Garoppolowhom the 49ers want to release, but all indications are that eventually Cleveland will decide to keep Brissett as their QB1 (if indeed Watson has been suspended) and therefore they had to find a new replacement.
The designated? None other than Josh Rosen. Yes, the same one who has already bounced around three franchises since being selected with the tenth pick in the 2018 Draft. It didn’t work in Arizona. It didn’t work in Miami. And it didn’t work in Atlanta. In 16 games as a starter, he is 3-13, while in his career he has collected 21 interceptions against just 12 touchdown passes. In three seasons, Rosen has never had a QBR higher than 24. (0 is the minimum, 100 is the maximum).

The Browns have some very interesting weapons in their offense such as Amari Cooper, David Njoku, a great offensive line and the best running back group in the NFL (Chubb, Hunt and Johnson). But when it comes to the most important position in the attack, the picture remains as uncertain as it is wrong.
