Nea Ionia beat Renaissance Arta at home 21-15 and made it outthe “2 in 2” in A1 women’s handball. The game in the first half was tight, with the defense being the protagonists.
After 35′ (10-10) the home team accelerated, got away with +3 (14-11) at 40′ and +5 (19-14) at 55′ and won.
Magda Kepesidou was one of the best for another game while Manias and Stougiannidou scored 5 goals each.
Veteran technician Stelios Seirekidis debuted on Anagennisi Arta’s bench.
