AEK achieved a comfortable win over ASE Doukas to secure the informal title of Winter Champion. Olympiacos overcame Zafiirakis’ obstacle 32-22.
The informal title of “Winter Champion” was won by AEK after fulfilling its competitive obligations in the 1st round of the Handball Premier Championship.
Alexis Albanou’s team defeated ASE Doukas 41:23 on the 11th match day and is now dedicated to the two European Cup games against ALINGSAS HK from Sweden.
The hosts dictated the pace early on against Doukas and were confidently led to victory.
Iliopoulos and Zivkovic were the first scorers of the game, scoring 7 goals each, while Geroulanos and Stefanitsis broke away from Doukas and scored 5 goals each.

Olympiacos/Xini Group continued with a win
Olympiacos/Omilos Xini achieved their 10th consecutive win in the handball premiere by defeating Zafiirakis Naoussa 32-22 in the game that opened the curtain on the 11th game of the championship.
Montoro and Ostrusko returned for the Greek champions, who were injured and missed several games.
