AEK Handball: In Union, Lemos until 2024

The handball department of the AEK announced the extension of the cooperation with Patrick Lemos until summer 2024.

Patrick Lemos will remain at AEK until summer 2024. The handball department of the Union announced the early extension of the cooperation between the two sides for another two years.

The corresponding announcement in detail: “AEK is pleased to announce the extension of its partnership with Patrick Lemos. The 26-year-old (23.05.1996) Brazilian playmaker, 1.90m tall, has signed a new two-year contract and will remain on the club’s potential handball team until the summer of 2024.

Patrick Lemos joined AEK in the summer of 2020 and was a key member in winning last season’s treble. He has featured in 39 official matches in all competitions, scoring 130 goals, a feat that ranks him as AEK’s 31st all-time goalscorer.

After formalizing the agreement or Patrick Lemo described in aek.gr: “I am very pleased that I have extended my contract with AEK for another two years. “We will continue to fight for titles and great performances in Europe as we have done over the years, together with our fans who always support us.”
