Curtain up for the regular season with a win for Olympiakos
Olympiacos successfully completed their commitments in the handball premier’s regular season by beating Zafiirakis 26-23 in Naoussa.
Olympiacos has successfully completed its commitments in the regular season of handball premier. The Red-Whites defeated Zafirakis 26-23 in Naoussa in the game that opened the curtain of the 22nd and final day of play and climbed to the top of the table, one game ahead of AEK.
The Union, for its part, meets on Sunday (March 26, 4:00 p.m.) – as a typical guest – on ASE Doukas in the “G. Kassimatis Hall at OAKA and a tie is enough for them to secure first place regular season and home field advantage in the playoffs.
It is recalled that the top four teams in the rankings, namely AEK, Olympiacos, PAOK and Diomedes Argos, will continue in the playoffs.
