Olympic handball: Savva announced

Olympiacos made an important transfer to strengthen the men’s handball department. The red and white announced the takeover of the international left midfielder (26 years, 1.92 m) Savva Savva.

The corresponding announcement in detail: “OLYMPIAKS SFP announces the start of its collaboration with Savva Savva. The international left winger (7/7/1997, 1.92m) signed his new contract and joined the squad of the club’s handball team.

Savvas Savvas, an international player for our national team, has ‘returned’ for Thrylos after many years of ‘tenure’ abroad and in German stadiums. From 2014 until the end of last season, the international played in Germany for GWD Minden, TV Großwallstadt, ASV Hamm-Westfalen and Eintracht Hildesheim and counted 256 competitive games in the HBL and Bundesliga, but also in the cup, scoring over 1,100 goals! He began his involvement in handball in 2002 with Drama, where he played until 2014.
