CSKA Moscow defeated Lokomotiv Yaroslavl on the road in the KHL regular season match, Avangard extended its losing streak at the start of the season to four, losing away to Avtomobilist Yekaterinburg.

The match in Yaroslavl ended with the score 3:2 (2:0, 1:1, 0:1) in favor of the army team. Vitaly Abramov, Takhir Mingachev and Maxim Sorkin scored against CSKA, Artem Ilyenko and Alexander Polunin scored against Lokomotiv.

Junior World Hockey Championship. Calendar and match results

Traditionally, one of the most interesting hockey tournaments of the year begins – the U-20 World Junior Championship in the elite league. The tournament will take place in the USA from December 26 to January 5.
