Spartak beat Salavat Yulaev on the road in the Fonbet KHL Championship match.
The meeting in Ufa ended with the score 3:1 in favor of the guests. Ilya Talaluev, Alexander Khokhlachev and Maxim Tsyplakov scored goals for the Moscow team, Sergey Shmelev scored for Salavat. Defender of the Ufa team Evgeny Biryukov played his 900th match in the KHL.
Spartak scored nine points in five games and topped the table of the Western Conference of the KHL, Salavat Yulaev (5) is fifth in the East.
