Malkin’s double helped Pittsburgh beat Detroit, Carolina defeated New Jersey in Kochetkov’s debut

Hockey players “Pittsburgh Penguins” on the road beat the “Detroit Red Wings” in the match of the regular season of the NHL.
The meeting ended with the score 7:2 (2:1, 3:1, 2:0). Russian Penguins forward Evgeni Malkin, who returned from a disqualification, scored two goals and finished the game with a +2 utility index.
After this victory, Pittsburgh scored 101 points and climbed to sixth place in the Eastern Conference standings.
In another match of the day, Buffalo beat the New York Islanders 5-3 on home ice. Guests goalkeeper Ilya Sorokin saved 30 shots out of 35.
