SKA St. Petersburg defeated CSKA Moscow in a home match of the KHL regular season.
The meeting ended with a score of 6:2. Artem Sergeev, Marat Khairullin, Maxim Fedotov, Pavel Dedunov, Arseniy Gritsyuk and Borna Rendulic scored goals for the winners. In addition to the puck, Khairullin made an assist poker. Sergei Plotnikov and Artem Barabosha scored goals for the capital team.
SKA beat CSKA for the third time this season, the previous two matches ended with scores of 3:2 and 2:1.
Roman Rotenberg’s team scored 55 points and ranks fourth in the Western Conference table, the capital’s army team (46 points) is sixth. SKA will play away against Torpedo on December 23, and CSKA will play away at Lokomotiv on the same day.
