The KHL named the nominees for the title of the most valuable player of the regular season

The Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) on its official website has announced the nominees for the Golden Stick award, which is awarded to the most valuable player of the KHL regular season.
In the 2021/22 season, forwards Anton Burdasov and Andrey Kuzmenko from SKA, as well as forward Vadim Shipachev representing Dynamo Moscow, are contending for the award. The winner will be announced on May 19, when the KHL season closing ceremony will take place.
30-year-old Burdasov played 41 matches and scored 42 (23+19) points with a +9 utility index.
26-year-old Kuzmenko scored 53 (20+33) points in 45 matches with a +15 score.
Shipachev, 35, scored 24 goals in 48 games and provided 23 assists with a +11 utility.
