Hockey player SKA Glotov: “There were about 25 of my friends and relatives at the match with Sochi at the SKA Arena”
SKA forward Vasily Glotov told how many relatives and friends supported him in the stands of the SKA Arena during the Fonbet KHL Championship regular season match with Sochi.
On Sunday SKA played its first match at the new SKA Arena, which seats 21.5 thousand spectators. Roman Rotenberg’s team beat Sochi with a score of 8:1, Glotov scored a goal. SKA later reported that a total of 23,745 people watched the match from the stands, a world record for hockey stadiums.
— If it’s not a secret, how many of your relatives, acquaintances, and friends were in the stands during the match?
— I think about 25 people.
— Did you feel their support?
– Certainly. More than anyone.
