Traktor general manager Volkov: “Yarullin was made a contract offer, which probably did not quite suit him”
Traktor general manager Alexey Volkov spoke about the future of defender Albert Yarullin, whose contract with the Chelyabinsk club expired on April 30.
The 31-year-old hockey player last season played 77 matches in the Fonbet KHL Championship and Gagarin Cup, scoring 25 points (7 goals and 18 assists).
— Albert Yarullin will not remain at Traktor?
— Yarullin was given a contract offer, which probably didn’t quite suit him. Now we have a kind of calm. Everything depends only on him.
— Not satisfied with the money offer? Or did he intend to return to Kazan in any case?
– I think it’s both. Our offer was good for the money, but probably not as good as he expected,” RB Sport quotes Volkov.
