Dynamo Moscow defender Artem Sergeev told what playing for the capital club means to him.
Sergeev is a graduate of the Blue and Whites, but did not play for the club’s main team. In May, the 31-year-old hockey player returned to Dynamo, signing a three-year contract.
– For me this is a responsibility. The main memories from SDUSHOR are Petrovsky Park. Our old arena, where at first there was a net instead of glass. I remember how, after ice training near the metro, we played roller hockey between the vestibules, how we went to the games of the main team at Luzhniki, and I had a dream of playing in the Super League, which still existed in those days,” “Championship” quotes Sergeev.
Sergeev is a two-time winner of the Gagarin Cup with CSKA Moscow. Last season, the hockey player played for SKA St. Petersburg, played 70 matches for the team in the regular season and KHL playoffs, scored three goals and gave 10 assists.
