“Rotenberg wants to win not only in every game, but in every moment” – Kadeikin

Traktor forward Alexander Kadeikin said that Roman Rotenberg is demanding and emotional as the head coach of SKA St. Petersburg, because he constantly wants to win.

In May, Kadeikin moved from SKA to Traktor. Last KHL season, SKA lost to Avtomobilist in the second round of the playoffs with a score of 1–4.

— Did you part with SKA on good terms?

– Of course, we terminated the contract by mutual consent and parted calmly. Everyone went their own way. I can’t speak for the club, but on my part everything is calm, there are no ulterior motives.

— What is your impression of Roman Rotenberg as a coach?

— Roman Borisovich is a demanding, emotional coach. He wants to win not only every game, but every single moment. To give a brief description. Players are often asked to express their opinion about a certain coach, but it seems to me that a journalist can give a better description by talking with him personally and learning his vision,” RB Sport quotes Kadeikin as saying.
