Former Avtomobilist Yekaterinburg striker Alexey Makeev said that he wants to continue his career in a team that sets itself high goals.
32-year-old Makeev left Avtomobilist at the end of the 2023/24 season due to the expiration of his contract.
— I consider all options, weigh all the pros and cons. Of course, I want to get into a club that sets itself maximum goals, because I’m not young anymore. I want to win something more than KHL bronze medals. In addition, I make sure that the family is comfortable,” Metaratings.ru quotes Makeev.
Makeev played 638 matches in the KHL and scored 322 points (157 goals and 165 assists).
