Malkin and Crosby established a unique joint achievement in the NHL
Forwards of Pittsburgh, Russian Yevgeny Malkin and Canadian Sidney Crosby became the first duet in the National Hockey League (NHL) to win 400 matches, in which both scored one point.
On Thursday, Malkin designed a double and made two assists in the NHL regular season match against Philadelphia (5: 4). Crosby was distinguished by the program.
Before Malkin and Crosby, not a single pair of hockey players in the history of the League managed to reach this mark.
In total, Malkin has 1337 points (510+827) in 1196 league matches. Crosby has 1657 points (610 +1047) in 1331 games.
