The triumphal return of the Russian superstar! Kaprizov saved the team in a crazy match

After returning, Kirill Kaprizov designed a double and helped Minnesota get victory.

Kirill Kaprizov finally returned! Kaprizov completely recovered after the injury and in a crazy match helped Minnesota to get the most important victory, having arranged a double, including scoring a winning puck in overtime. The most powerful Russian fluke!

Complex period “Minnesota”

Minnesota was vital to win the match against San Jose in order to maintain the chances of the playoffs. “Kalgary” is the main competitor of “Wild” in the struggle for a place in a cup eight who is only waiting for the misfire of the John Hinse team. And although the “savages” had to play with the worst League team, there was no confidence in the necessary result. Minnesota, which lost four of the last five meetings, has recently been a decline.

However, the fans believed in success, because two key players of the attack returned at once – Kirill Kaprizov and Joel Ericksson Ek. With such support, the chances of Wilde increased significantly. However, the San Jose hockey players still arranged a real battle to the opponent.

Kaprizov returned in a king

Minnesota managed to pick up the first period in the home arena: Marcus Juhansson and Brock Faber answered the puck of Tyler Toffoli. And after a break on the ice of the “Excel Energy Center”, a real shitty shootout began. It took San Jose only five minutes to score three goals into the gate of the Flery Mark Andre. At the same time, Maklin Selebrini, who claims to “Calder Trophy”, was noted with a double.

By the middle of the meeting, the guests retained the minimum advantage, but whims decided to note the return after an injury abandoned puck. At the 38th minute, the Russian received a pass for a throw, a false movement dropped the defender Mario Ferraro on the ice, and then struck the far corner of the goal, leaving Alexander Georgiev a chance.

Then Ericksson Ek, which 12 seconds before the siren, connected. The Swedish striker was not going to stop there and in the third period, Georgiev twice more twice. Poker in the first match after returning! One of the washers helped him to abandon the whims, who gave the burning gear.

With the score of 7: 4, in favor of Minnesota, it seemed that the teams would only formally finish. Still, the players of San Jose rarely delight their fans with heroic flounders.

However, the guests managed to translate the game into overtime! At first, at the 45th minute, Celebrini brought the puck to the nickle from behind the gate, and Nikolai Kovalenko caught Fleri at the antipartha and reduced the lag to two goals.

After a few shifts, Kovalenko already assisted on the Canadian striker, who designed a hat-trick-6: 7. And 51 seconds before the siren, William Smith equalized the score from the transfer of the same Celebrini, which in regular time scored 5 (3+2) points!

In overtime, the main character became whims. Mats Tsukarello gave an exact transverse gear, and the Russian shot the close corner of the gate – 8: 7 with a powerful throw in one touch. The triumphal return of Cyril!

Minnesota, thanks to the victory, rose to the seventh line of the West. Saint-Luis has the same number of points, but more for the game, and Kalgary is now behind the “savages” by five points.
