Goalkeeper “Minnesota” Fleri set a Stanley Cup record

The goalkeeper Minnesota Mark Andre Fleri took part in the 18th Stanley Cup draw.

The Canadian was replaced in the fifth match of the series of the first round of the NHL playoffs against Vegas. Now in the match there is a third period, the score is 2: 2.

The 40 -year -old hockey player reached the clean first place to participate in the Stanley Cup among goalkeepers. Martin Brodo and Patrick Rua took part in the playoffs 17 times.

Fleri won the Stanley Cup three times as part of Pittsburgh (2009, 2016, 2017). He previously stated that after the season-2024/25 will end his career.
