Florida gave signs of life in the NHL playoffs. Bobrovsky’s magic has returned to the right moment!

Panthers reduced the lag in the series-1-2.

After two defeats in a row, Florida got the first victory over Toronto in the series! The great contribution to the success of Panthers was made by Sergey Bobrovsky, who helped out the team even in the most hopeless situations.

At the same time, Bobrovsky was largely unlucky in the third period, but the Russian demonstrated the iron nerves.

The current champion failed away

“Toronto” lost “Toronto” “Florida” both matches. The current champion did not even help the return of the defender Aaron Ekblad and striker Maki Samoskevich. And the goalkeeper “Panthers” Sergey Bobrovsky showed not the best shape and missed 9 goals for this segment! After moving the series to Sanraise from the Russian, they were waiting for a more reliable game.

In order for Florida to return and equalize the count in the confrontation, Bobrovsky finally needed to win a duel at the reserve goalkeeper of the Lifs Joseph Wall. The first number of Toronto Anthony Stolarz, who was injured after a collision with Samuel Bennett, did not go to leave and stayed in Canada.

The first victory of the series

Despite the expense in the 2-0 series, the captain of the guests of Oston Matthews, who has one goose transfer in the second round, was criticized due to low effectiveness. Matthews recovered at the 23rd second: the striker played the amendment after the Mitchell Marner’s throw from the long distance and got into the bar, and Matthew Nis was the first on the selection and calmly shot empty gates-0: 1.

They did not stop at this “lifs” and after a few minutes they strengthened the advantage. At the sixth minute, the veteran Max Pachioretti shot a nickle heavily, and John Tavares deceived Bobrovsky, deciding to go around the gate at the speed of the gate instead. The Russian did not have time to move to the far bar, and Tavares calmly sent the puck to the net. Destroying the opponent’s defense in this episode, it seemed that Toronto sent the owners to knockout.

However, two goals at the start of the first period did not affect the Bobrovsky and field players of Florida. The Russian goalkeeper gathered and saved Panthers several times in hopeless situations, and closer to the middle of the game segment after the brilliant transmission of Sam Rainhart, the captain of Panther, Alexander Barkov, managed to direct the puck in the far corner – 1: 2.

After the Hockey Festival, the audience “Emerant Bank Arena” waited for the continuation of the asshole. But the fans saw the next capture of the gate only at the beginning of the second period: Tavares realized the majority and designed a double – 1: 3.

Despite another unsuccessful start, the head coach of Florida Paul Maurice did not even think to change Bobrovsky. Panthers’ field players decided to support their goalkeeper and in the 25th minute reduced the backlog to a minimum. Rainhart won the struggle on the heel, pushing not only the puck, but also two rivals, as well as Wall. The arbitrators had to view the episode, but in the end they counted the goal.

And after 64 seconds, the Lifs lost the puck on their blue line, which Bennett who organized the 2nd 1 exit took advantage of. The striker with the inconvenient gave to the distant bar, and Carter Verhege effectively completed the attack and equalized the score. At the end of the period of Florida, for the first time in the match, she stepped forward with the efforts of John Gadzhovich.

Panthers confidently went to victory, but in the middle of the third game segment the hosts led the offensive ricocheus: Morgan Riley from a long distance loaded Bobrovsky from the long distance, from which the puck first bounced into the defender of Set Jones, and then at the goal – 4: 4.

As a result, the game turned into overtime, but in extra time, Florida still managed to tear out the first victory in the series. The Russian defender Dmitry Kulikov gave the pass to Brad Marshan, and he rolled out to the slaughter position and set the point in the match – 5: 4. Bobrovsky also made a great contribution to the victory, reflecting 27 shots out of 31.
