“They played basketball and drank vodka at four in the morning.” Canadian hockey player Reeves – O Panarin
The Canadian striker Toronto Ryan Reeves told how he spent time with the Russian striker Artemy Panarin during a speech for the New York Rangers.
Reeves and Panarin spoke together for Rangers from 2021 to 2022.
– He is one of the coolest guys, one of the coolest Russians whom I met. He and his wife are very modest. He does not carry a smartphone with him, only a “chat”. We have an application in which you get a schedule, but this guy does not have such an application. So every day I had to send him an SMS: “Hey, we have a meeting” or “Hey, I’ll drive after you,” or something else. It was constantly, as if I was his secretary.
When we had a day off after leaving, he rushed home and took a bottle of Russian vodka. We sat, drank vodka, and then played basketball at four in the morning, ”said Reeves in the podcast The Cam & Strick Podcast.
