The captain of Washington Capitals Alexander Ovechkin advised reporters to contact the club and find out if it is planned to withdraw his game number from the appeal.
Ovechkin is the owner of the Stanley Cup, a three -time world champion. Last season, a 39 -year -old Russian became the best sniper in the history of the NHL, on his account 897 washers.
