Russian Minnesota forward Danila Yurov has been recognized as the third game-day star in the NHL, the league’s press service reports.
Yurov scored the winning goal in the regular season match with the New York Rangers (3:1). This puck became the 21-year-old forward’s debut for the club.
The first star of the day was Winnipeg forward Jonathan Toews, who scored his first goal since 2023 in the match with Calgary (2:1). Toews paused his career due to health reasons. Philadelphia forward Owen Tippett, who scored a double in the 5-2 win over Seattle, became the second star of the day.
