Utah beat Minnesota in an NHL match and took first place in the Western Conference

Utah Mammoth hockey players defeated the Minnesota Wild in an away match of the NHL regular season.

The game in St. Paul ended with a score of 6:2 in favor of the guests. Nick Schmaltz and Logan Cooley scored doubles, Jon Peterka and John Marino each scored one goal for Utah. Marcus Johansson scored twice for Minnesota.

Utah’s Russian defender Mikhail Sergachev made two assists. He has 7 points (1 goals, 6 assists) in nine games this season. Minnesota’s Russian forward Kirill Kaprizov scored one assist. Kaprizov has 11 points (5+6) in nine games.
