Tolchinsky’s double helped Metallurg beat Barys away
Metallurg Magnitogorsk beat Barys (4:1) in the away match of the Fonbet KHL Championship.
Among the winners, Sergei Tolchinsky scored twice, Daniil Vovchenko and Roman Kantserov scored a goal each.
Alikhan Asetov scored the only goal for the hosts at the beginning of the third period.
Metallurg won its fourth victory in a row, scored 40 points and leads the Eastern Conference and the unified KHL table. On November 12, Andrei Razin’s team will host Lada.
