Denezhkin’s double helped Avtomobilist beat Sibir in the KHL match
Ekaterinburg Avtomobilist defeated Novosibirsk Sibir in the away match of the Fonbet KHL Championship.
The meeting ended with a score of 4:2 (1:0, 1:1, 2:1). As part of the winners, Maxim Denezhkin scored a double, Alexander Sharov and Egor Chernikov scored a goal each. Anton Kosolapov and Ilya Fedotov scored for the hosts.
“Avtomobilist” scored 37 points and rose to fourth place in the Eastern Conference standings, “Sibir” (21 points) is 11th.
In the next match, the Ekaterinburg team will host Metallurg Magnitogorsk on December 3, and the Novosibirsk team will play at home with the Kazakh Barys two days later.
