World Hockey Championship U-20. 20 goals were scored in the match, Ukraine’s fight for survival
The Ukrainian youth hockey team lost to Slovenia in the U-20 World Championship match in Division 1A.
After three matches, the team collected three points and now found themselves in a fight for survival with two matches remaining. On Thursday, Ukraine will continue the tournament with a match against Austria.
Norway is ahead with 8 points, Kazakhstan and Austria are leading with 6 points each, and Slovenia is the leader with 4 points. France is in the relegation zone, points cannot be collected.
Let’s remember the crazy last game of the day, where Kazakhstan scored 14 goals against the French and conceded six goals.
The winner of the group will be promoted to the elite league, while the last team will be relegated to the 1B League.
